Mike and Jackie are the founders of Millennials in Trucking; having taken on the responsibility to give the trucking industry the transparency it lacks. Alongside building a fleet, they are giving the next generation another choice in their career paths, by passing down the knowledge and wisdom from professionals in transportation, therefore aiding in the success of current and prospective drivers. Within a few years, they grew to become leaders and advocates in trucking for millennial’s and minorities, being featured in multiple news outlets across the United States. In that time, they went from company drivers, to owner operators, to fleet owners; from CDL school to hosting seminars at trucking events all over America - proving that the trucking industry holds growth and success for their generation and the next.
